Should you already be a client or choose to join us as a client, we will issue a letter of engagement annually that outlines the terms and conditions of our service and the expectations on both sides of our agreement. All of our work* is quoted up front and accepted by you before we begin. This way there are no surprises and you are not paying for us to be inefficient or take more time than is needed.

*Self Managed Superannuation Funds include an external audit in the final completed works invoice and are based on complexity of fund, number of transactions and number of assets - therefore we are only able to provide an approximate pricing and this can be subject to change on the final invoice.
